Image,Orlando        Pirates  In a tightly contested match, Orlando Pirates were unable to break down a obdurate Disciples FC side, settling for a 0-0 draw in the first leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary round. The match was played at the Cote d'or National Sports Complex in Mauritius on Sunday afternoon. Despite their best efforts, the Buccaneers were unable to find the back of the net, leaving everything to play for in the second leg at Orlando Stadium this coming Friday, August 23rd. The untelevised match saw both teams create chances, but neither could capitalize on their opportunities, resulting in a stalemate. The draw sets up a thrilling second leg, where Orlando Pirates will look to secure a spot in the next round of the CAF Champions League.
